Modern hotel in Bolzano offering comfortable rooms, restaurants, an indoor pool, spa and fitness facilities, with easy access to South Tyrol and the Dolomites.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a self-directed bike ride in the South Tyrol. I was quite surprised by the level of quality and comfort provided at this hotel- especially in the dining possibilities. We had two excellent dinners at the Patio to include ala carte choices of drinks, appetizers and first and second courses. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted very good- not your usual hotel dining experience- well above average. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. My only quibble was with the somewhat wonky check-in process. Would come back again.

I had an excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and the overall service throughout the property was outstanding.
What truly made this stay exceptional was the extraordinary support provided by the Reception Manager. She went above and beyond to assist us with every request, always with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Her dedication to guest satisfaction turned a great stay into a memorable one. It is rare to encounter someone so committed to helping guests and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
I would like to sincerely thank her and the entire team for their hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bolzano and will gladly stay here again on my next visit.

Great hotel! Really nice for a four points brand. The spa was amazing with a nice steam room, sauna, pool and relaxation area. There’s a sufficient gym and room was big and comfy. The staff was tremendous from start to finish, especially Sharon at check-in/out.

Overall, the room was good, but the cleanliness and housekeeping service lacked attention to detail.
There was dust in several areas of the room, and the bathroom amenities were not fully replenished, including the body lotion and shower gel. Used wet towels were also not replaced.
In addition, no complimentary drinking water was refilled during our 2-night stay.
We sincerely hope this was not due to us being Asian guests, and that all guests are treated with the same level of care and attention.

I was initially impressed with the lobby and room when we arrived, even though we were already aware that one of our companions had encountered an issue prior to our stay. The place itself looked nice and had a good first impression, which made us hopeful for a pleasant stay.
However, there were a few areas where the experience could really be improved. Before our arrival, my companion had emailed the hotel twice—days in advance—requesting a simple sweet gesture for his wife’s birthday on the day of check-in. Unfortunately, we were informed at check-in that the emails were not seen. We understand that things can get busy, but it was a bit disappointing since it was meant to celebrate a special occasion.
When we got to our rooms, we also noticed that it was quite warm. We called reception, and they suggested opening the windows since it was cooler outside. While this did help, we were hoping for a more comfortable room temperature upon arrival, especially after a long day of travel.
The following morning at breakfast, the food selection was good, but it seemed like the team might have been understaffed. Some tables were not cleared right away, so guests had to wait a bit before being seated. We also noticed that the cook was handling both cooking and taking orders, which understandably led to longer queues.
Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and a pleasant ambiance, but a few improvements in communication, room comfort, and staffing—especially during busy times—would make a big difference in the guest experience.
