We spent two nights here as part of our group package. We enjoyed everything that was available except that the buffet was down for two nights and it threw a wrench in our dining plans. The room and pool were great.

This review is all about Dario, we had to arrange an emergency overnight stay as our flight was delayed overnight.
We found the hotel online and got to the hotel late, but by that time the restaurant and bar were closed. Dario who was the night manager was amazing and recommended a pizza place that was on Uber Eats and he ordered on his app and we didn’t have any cash on us and so paid the delivery rider and just added it to our bill.
In addition, the room was excellent and big, fantastic shower and a superb nights sleep. Thank you Dario

Beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. The room with the spa pass included is a must. Love the steam rooms and saunas, there are two to choose from with each amenity. Nice bathrooms, clean rooms and spacious. Only odd thing was the king room I booked had two twin beds pushed together, no king bed

The hotel is decent, but it doesn’t justify the high price. It’s located about 30 minutes away from the city center, which makes it feel overpriced for what it offers.
One positive aspect is the availability of a shuttle bus to the airport and city center. However, considering the already expensive room rates, this service should ideally be complimentary. Instead, it costs €5 one way for adults and €2.5 for children under 10, which feels unnecessary.
There are also several missing amenities you would expect at this price point—no valet parking, no luggage assistance to the rooms, and no Muslim shower (we had to bring our own portable one).
Overall, it feels more like a 2–3 star hotel experience. A fair price would have been around €300–€350, not €700.

The hotel has a really nice interior and is made up of two separate buildings. The room was clean and well-kept; the only small issue I noticed was a minor paint flaw in the bathroom.
Reception service was fine, nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. The breakfast buffet is okay, but it’s very repetitive. If you’re staying longer than a few days, you’ll probably get tired of the same options. The food is decent, just severely lacks variety.
Room service and housekeeping were great. They cleaned efficiently and kept everything neat. I also liked their €15 voucher system, if you skip room cleaning, you get a voucher you can use for other amenities. You can stack them (at least twice), so you could get up to €30 off at the restaurant, for example.
The location is a bit far from the main tourist spots, but it’s quiet and the view is nice. Uber or taxi to the city center costs around €15+ one way.
Overall, it was a good stay, but I’d probably try a different hotel next time just to explore other options
