The location is perfect, and staffs are super welcoming and friendly. Room is basic, but clean. The only downside would be it’s super noisy at night and in the early morning. Reconsider staying here if you are a light sleeper.

Our room was small for two people, but it was clean and the Wi-Fi was acceptable.
The location cannot be beaten — it is within easy walking distance of everything in the old town. The luggage storage room was also very helpful since we arrived two hours before check-in.
Breakfast was standard, but it was included in our rate, so it was fine.
The main downside was the noise during the night. The hotel is very close to a restaurant and nightlife area, so we could hear people talking loudly, shouting, and partying outside every night during our three-night stay. Early morning trash collection was also very loud.
Overall, we had a nice stay, but if you are looking for peace and quiet or need good rest, this may not be the best hotel for that.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean. even saw the housekeeping staff thoroughly spraying and wiping down the room floors, which gave me extra confidence in the cleanliness. The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke English, though I enjoyed practicing some Italian with them as well. They were also very accommodating, holding our luggage both before check-in and after check-out so we could explore the city freely. Despite some reviews mentioning noise, we experienced none at night and slept comfortably. I would definitely stay here again. The walkability from this hotel is perfect

Perfect location. Luggage storage was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious enough to fit 4 people. Would highly recommend to anyone on a budget and looking for a great location in Florence!

Great location and service. Our room was perfect for 4 of us. Lots of noise from outside during the night, some nearby residents were partying a good part of the night and then trash collection started just as they went to bed. The location can’t be beat, easy walking to everything in the old town. Luggage storage room was very helpful. The shower was very hard for our 81 year old mother, it was quite a step up to get into it and there wasn’t much room in the tub (there was a seat at the back but not sure why you’d use that anyway). But we were there only one night so it didn’t matter much. Breakfast was good (since it was included in our rate) but you can find a lot out and about too. The recommended parking garage said there was a hotel discount but then didn’t honor it. When we return I’ll likely look for a better bathroom situation when picking the hotel. But the rooms were clean, wifi was passable, we had a very nice stay
