It’s old, uncomfortable and needs an urgent renovation. It’s not cozy, you feel like to close your eyes and overcome the night. I even wanted to change hotel.
The only that saved an overall dissatisfied impression is staff. They are do their best and try to help with everything.
It’s not worth money they’re asking for a night.
Please close this hotel for renovation to save an B&B brand loyalty.

Lovely service and as always B&B hotels offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. As you spend most of the time outside exploring the city there’s no need to ask for more. It was quiet and away from the noisy city center but close enough to get to it walking.

I stayed at B&B Hotel Modena for a short trip. The hotel is simple and functional, with basic but clean rooms. The location is convenient, not too far from the center, and there’s parking available which is helpful.
Don’t expect luxury or much character.
