Excellent choice, great location right around the corner from the mercato nouvo. Big rooms, very nice linens and towels. Breakfast is very nice and the rooftop turns into the bar at night. The staff is very helpful and will arrange restaurant reservations and taxi orders.

Overall a good value imho. Larger rooms than our hotel in Sorrento, which was great! Location was also great, near the Arno River and only about a 20 minute walk to most of the things we wanted to experience. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and their English was pretty good across the board. The breakfast on the terrace was included in our room rate and was really good – eggs made to order (including delicious omelets), many fruits and pastries, and even smoked salmon and more traditional European breakfast foods. I would say the variety and quality of breakfast items made it an excellent start to each day. For us Americanos the shower in the bedroom wasn’t ideal but, when in Florence….. The only other negative I would say is there was an odor throughout the stairwell and hallways that wasn’t pleasant. But again, overall this was a very good place to stay, especially for us folks who don’t spend a lot of time in our hotel room and simply want a clean, welcoming place to stay while touring around. Many thanks to the staff for their hospitality!

Great location and rooms. Friendly staff and is exactly what we needed for our stay. There was this weird smell in the lobby/elevator but the rooms were perfect. Would recommend, mainly due to the location and everything went perfect with our stay.

Our stay at Hotel Della Signoria was amazing!! Our room was super clean and very comfortable. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful! So close to so many of the sites to see in Florence. Everywhere was within walking distance. I felt like we were right in the heart of everything. 10/10 would stay here again and will highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence!
