We found (many) cockroaches in the room, the double beds were uncomfortably narrow and the staff spoke little English. The price and close proximity to both the train station and city center save this hotel from getting 1 star.

Location is nice because is close to train station and I also choose this because is close to Enzo Ferrari Museum but beds were uncomfortable

On 15/7 at 1am I called for a room when all the trains were cancelled from Modena, and this hotel told me I could come and stay and told me to come over and do the check-in.
However, when I turned up at the door, the lady on reception told me to go away and treated me like an intruder. I called up and spoke to the same guy as before, who told me they were “sold out” minutes after we had agreed on my arrival. Awful feeling and I felt disrespected. I would not recommend you staying there!

When our previous booking fell through our taxi driver recommended this place. I’m glad he did! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The beds were comfy, the bathroom was nice – everything is “European” small – but we had no problems. We loved our brief stay and would absolutely recommend it. Close to main train station, a grocery store, a block from the Ferrari museum. We always felt safe and the staff was amazing! I will book here again if we go back!

This hotel near Modena’s train station is mediocre and noisy (the noise of traffic is simply unbearable) and nothing to talk about. I stayed here for 3 nights but after the first night which happened to be on a Friday, the breakfast room didn’t open before 8:00 when it was supposed to open at 7:00.
My room was clean and the a.c. functioned perfectly and so I tolerated the late breakfast and didn’t complain. However, the breakfast was on the scanty side and limited to a couple of croissants and a cappuccino. Maybe one has to ask the person in charge repeatedly to get more food on the table.
And what about the wifi? Why does the receptionist on duty keep changing the password on a daily basis?
Double glazing is a must in all rooms if this hotel is to become a real value for money.
