We had a wonderful stay at NH Napoli. The hotel has beautifully renovated rooms that are modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the 29th floor—it offers an incredible panorama of Naples and the bay.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view was absolutely stunning, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my visit.
One of the highlights was breakfast, where I was even served a special moka chocolate coffee, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. Small gestures like this made the experience feel truly special.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again.

The rooms we very spacious but the room we got was gloomy with just a small window (28th floor). The window does open slightly but still the stuffiness was hard to overcome. The views were amazing though.
They are good in serving their customer but I didn’t get the welcoming feeling like I did at NH Hotel in Nice, France. The old man (wish I got his name but he worked in the morning of 5 June 2026), who works as the luggage handler was more welcoming and helpful out of all the staff members.
Location is 100% the best. Central to pretty much everything and about 30mins from the airport.

This hotel must have been stunning at some point. It’s a grand hotel with a wonderful location but it needs an update and good cleaning. The staff is pleasant. The balcony is wonderful. Breakfast is nice. But my room had ants, the walls need to be painted and it was difficult not to flood the bathroom when using the shower. It was fine. Just not special. Except for the view. That was beyond special.

This hotel is well situated with several bus stations close to it. Good connection to metro, train station and airport Alibus (from M1 line at Universita Station Garibaldi train station is the last can’t miss it. There you can get Alibus direct bus line to airport (or reverse from airport to hotel. Old Naples town is close to hotel (Spaccanapoli rd. or Cappela Sanseverio) on the north. Via Toledo pedestrian street on the west and ferry harbor, Castel Novo, Royal Palace in the south, all in walking distance.
Rooms at tide and clean, service very helpful. Brief check in with luggage storage if you arrive early. Rooms have all necessary things to make the stay enjoyable.
Most rooms see located floor 16 to 30 so there a view of town from every room, although requesting one with cute if the harbor/see is better.
No need to share about food. Naples is full of restaurants and caffeterias. Many close by the hotel. There’s one just beside, but good to reserve as people usually wait in line for a table there.
