Good hotel and large rooms.
Breakfast could have more protein, such as prosciutto crudo and some vegetables.
The double bed was split into two and wasn’t of high quality.

Nice Mosern hotel. A little away from downtown Parma. The faucets in the washroom sinks are very low and hard to wash hand or fill water. This is not a big deal but seemed very odd why they chose those for faucets. Rest the rooms are modern and well equipped.

The Pros: Location and Space
The standout feature of this hotel is its exceptional connectivity. It is located within a modern complex just a few steps from the Parma Train Station, making it incredibly convenient for those arriving by rail or exploring the surrounding Emilia-Romagna region. Despite being near the tracks, the hotel remains relatively quiet.
Inside, the rooms are impressively spacious. Unlike many cramped European city hotels, NH Parma offers plenty of floor space to spread out, which is a significant plus if you are traveling with heavy luggage or staying for more than a night.
The Cons: Room Style and Dining
On the downside, the accommodations are quite basic. The decor is minimalist and functional, which can feel a bit sterile or dated if you are expecting a “boutique” Italian experience. It serves its purpose for sleeping, but it lacks a certain warmth or character.
The dining experience is another area for improvement. Guests often find the food—both at breakfast and in the hotel restaurant—to be underwhelming. Considering Parma is world-renowned for its Prosciutto and Parmigiano-Reggiano, the hotel’s culinary offerings don’t quite live up to the high local standards. You are likely better off heading into the city center for more authentic meals.

We stayed at the hotel already for the second time. The rooms as well as breakfast were excellent. The service was very nice and attentive and the location excellent if you want to walk and enjoy Parma. We’ll be thrilled to come back again especially after we tried other options. NH Parma is worth its price and always an enjoyable experience.
