BOOK IT NOW. What’s my credibility? I travel for a living, I am in the hospitality industry, & I happily spend thousands of dollars at 3 Michelin starred restaurants all over the world. and I am not lying when I say the hospitality that all the staff showed me was on the same level of care as the Four Seasons—sounds insane, but it really was.
The rooms are a bit close together so you can hear other hallway noises, but man, everything else is perfection, so just buy some damn ear plugs and call it a night.
Marco & Valeria were insanely hospitable. You know how you get vibes from people and they seem fake nice? Well Marco & Valeria seem like the most genuine people I’ve ever met. I only let Amalia at the end before my husband Davis and I, Catherine Scalercio, were checking out, but you could tell all three individuals were genuinely trying to help as if they were part of my close relatives. It was so sweet. We went with our whole family, 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Let’s say, we blocked the whole entry way with our suitcases, fire hazard, but Marco & Valeria didn’t even notice, because they were too busy assisting us and making us feel at home.
All the other staff, Eric, Roy, Amalia- unfortunately, I didn’t have to pleasure of meeting too long, but hospitality still hands down, A from them!
The three restaurants that Marco recommended, all amazing. What the hell? What can’t Marco do wrong? Why is everything he is saying right. I really felt like the three restaurants I went to were Michelin level taste in terms of food- maybe I got lucky with my order, maybe a lot of other factors, but to me, everything was damn near perfection.
Hotel prices are reasonable, but everything, breakfast & hotel rooms were insanely clean. Oh did I mention I also have major OCD? If anyone can impress me, they are definitely special. The hotel breakfast blew my breath away. How the hell is this so cheap? And how the hell is breakfast included? Don’t let my three thousand word essay review stop you- like I mentioned in my first sentence, just do yourself a favor from comparing prices and reviews- book the damn stay at Hotel Odeon Napoli- you won’t regret it!

The hotel is located in a historic building but the interior is beautifully renovated, modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff are outstanding- everyone at the front desk and breakfast area has a wonderful service-minded attitude and were so welcoming and friendly. A special thanks for Valeria for the introduction to the hotel and city, and to Erick for his hospitality during breakfast everyday.
The room was cleaned very well daily, and everything was fresh. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and modern.
Despite the central location, our room faced an inner courtyard that was very peaceful.
Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and wonderful coffee. The hotel definitely felt very boutique and stylish. The location was very close to the central station, so easy to get to and from the airport or bus connections. It is also quite close to the historic streets of the city with great restaurants and bars. We would love to return in the future. Thank you very much!

This is a great hotel in a great location. It was completely renovated just a few months ago, so the low ratings, that are at least 7 years, old are now completely irrelevant. Two railway stations, the metro and buses are just around the corner, and there are many restaurants in the neighbourhood. The staff of the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. A special mention for cheerful Amalia, who gave me a warm welcome at check-in. My room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had a good variety,

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel in Naples and honestly, there is nothing negative to say!
The location is perfect — right in the city center, next to the train station, and you can get everywhere even on foot.
The rooms are fully renovated and spotless, which is very important to us.
The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
What truly stands out, though, is the staff. From the receptionists to the breakfast staff and the cleaning lady — everyone was incredibly kind, always smiling, and very helpful. They assisted us with our luggage, gave us great tips on where to go, and made our stay even better.
Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

An excellent hotel with very professional and friendly staff! The location next to the train station is great. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh cakes and eggs and vegetables. The staff was increadibly nice, they allowed our friends to store their luggage in our rooms until their plane was about to leave. And all the times we felt welcome, we were asked if we needed any help with suggestions for the city. Really a germ in the center of Naples – highly recommended!!
