The staff was so communicative and easy to deal with. They arranged a private transfer for 27 of us staying at the hotel to the cruise terminal. Could not say enough about our experience. Cocktails in the evening and breakfast in the morning were excellent. The family rooms for 4 people were very spacious.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was large (king size round bed) with plenty of closet space. Excellent shower with plenty of water pressure and hot water. Quiet rooms. Great turn down service and housekeeping staff. A wonderful variety of breakfast items from cold cuts and cheeses to cereal and baked goods. In all, an excellent stay for 4 nights.

Comfortable rooms very comfortable beds a little chocolate treats when you walk in a personalized note nice place to sit well appointed bathroom shares the floor many new bathrooms have of very little space to put all of the bathroom associated items. You travel with the breakfast was generous and good from a European standpoint
a lovely place on the roof overlooking the city and a glassed in garden if it’s raining ….. spectacular service we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, hungry and tired, and they provided fruit and cheese and beverages for us, even though the service was closed.
They arranged transportation to a heritage site and the Massage on site was excellent a wonderful hotel in fascinating city

The staff here was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, more so than any hotel I can think of at which I’ve stayed. They care about their guests. The location was excellent and a short walk to the center of town. The rooms were of good size and the whole hotel is very clean. No doubt that I would return.
