We stayed here for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The breakfast and restaurant were top notch. It wasn’t in the heart of center city, but was EXTREMELY convenient when we took the train to our next location.

Close to the train station. Convenient but gritty. The hotel allows for an early check in for 50E so that’s nice after arriving at 8am. Another plus is the soundproof windows. But the AirCon isn’t powerful and there is a lot of evening noises that the windows don’t fully eliminate. Large room for Italy… Nice bathroom. There are tradeoffs, maybe too many.

Clean comfortable room, with fridge and safe box, overlooking Vesuvius, good size bathroom with bath and shower. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, plenty of choice in a lovely restaurant with rooftop views of Vesuvius. Great location, close to train station so very easy to get to Pompeii, also Sorrento is a great place to visit. Naples is a very busy city, noisy and lively with good shops bars and plenty of places to eat, all within a 10 mins walk from the hotel. There is a lot of noise outside the hotel but with the shutters and windows closed this does reduce the noise significantly, if you are a light sleeper and not used to city noise take some earplugs. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here for two nights in April 2026 : Perfect location for getting around, central to walk to a lot of places. Close to the station. Staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient. Would definitely book there again. Only downside was it close to a group of people who appeared homeless and resided in the central reservation. They did not bother us but was a bit intimidating.

Had the most amazing time at this hotel. It is really close to the train station. We had the corner room two balconies so we had great views. If I ever return I will stay here again. Staff is very nice and helpful. We stayed here a 6 nights and and wish I had stayed longer. From this location i woyld take day trips to Positano, Sorrento and Capri. I visited many places in Italy heard negative comments about Napoli but by far it was where we got to see locals had a lot of fun and ate fantastic very affordable food. We were able to walk around and shop at local shops.
